We offer a 7-day free trial for new users to explore the Basic Plan and Chatbot Flows (add-on).
A credit card is required for billing directly to META.
After the trial period, if you subscribe to a paid plan, no refunds will be issued.
The free trial is designed to help users decide if they wish to continue with Text-World.
If you are unsatisfied, you may cancel your free trial anytime before the billing starts.
Subscribed users can cancel their subscription to avoid future charges but will not receive a refund for payments already made.
Payments for Text-World plans, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, and third-party integrations are non-refundable.
One-time setup fees, including Chatbot development, are also non-refundable.
If you face continuous technical problems that prevent you from using the service and our support team verifies the issue, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
If you notice unauthorized or fraudulent charges, contact us immediately.
Verified claims will be refunded in full.
You can cancel your subscription anytime.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, and no refunds are provided for the remaining period.
