Text-World is run and owned by Text-World Inc. ("Text-World", "we", "us" and terms of similar meaning) owns and operates www.text-world.com and other sub/micro sites with Text-World suffix/prefix. By accessing the above websites and related pages, you are agreeing to accept and comply with the terms and conditions of use as stated below.

If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you may not use the Site. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on our website www.text-world.com and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site. 2. Grant of Rights, Limited License, Permitted Uses

Text-World offers the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software as a Service.

3. Registration

Upon registration with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information and maintain it updated at any point of time
  • Provide correct and complete credit information
  • Maintain the security of your password and domain names
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your registration data, password and domain names
  • Accept responsibility for all activity on your Text-World account, and for all charges incurred thereon
  • Pay for the usage of the service as per the agreed rates including the applicable taxes

4. Payment, Renewal and Other Terms

4.1 Text-World offers flexible payment methods for using its services. The applicable payment method will be indicated during the signup process or in the application dashboard. You may contact support@text-world.com for any payment-related queries.

4.2 The billing cycle is determined by the subscription plan you choose. The service will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

4.3 All pricing is subject to change with a 30-day notice to existing customers.

4.4 Any billing disputes must be reported to Text-World in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.

4.5 All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except as required by law.

5. Support

5.1 Your Text-World subscription includes access to our support resources, including documentation, video tutorials, and email support. We offer different levels of support based on your subscription plan.

5.2 Our support team may need to access your account to resolve technical issues. We respect your privacy and will only access your account with your permission.

5.3 Support response times vary based on your subscription level and the nature of your request.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Text-World platform is provided on an "AS-IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. Text-World expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Text-World makes no warranty that:

  • The platform/service/software will meet your requirements
  • The site will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis
  • The results obtained from using the site will be accurate or reliable

In no event shall Text-World be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
